Newsletter now available by email as PDF

This means that for those who prefer it, a PDF format VISA can now be emailed to you instead of the paper newsletter. The content of both versions are identical, and publication in both media will be simultaneous.

If you currently receive VISA as one of your two 'free' SIG memberships as a member of British Mensa, then receiving VISA as a PDF by email will enable you to join an additional paper-based SIG free of charge.  If you currently pay for your copy of VISA (as a member of British Mensa or another national Mensa), then receiving VISA as a PDF by email will save you that cost.

There are of course the environmental benefits of reduced paper consumption, and British Mensa benefits from reduced postage and stationery costs.

Travels with Mensans 2009 Calendar - out now

Following the success of our travel writing anthology Travels with Mensans, we are pleased to introduce our new calendar, to help you keep travelling in 2009. This beautiful and unique wall calendar features images from members of the SIG - many published in VISA, some being published in colour for the first time. As with Travels with Mensans, net proceeds from sales go to Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), the international humanitarian charity.
